They don’t cleaning after every guest bed mess, dirty sheets, trash in the garbage trash under the floor, smell terrible .
Dirty, not responsive, unsafe and unfit for human beings.
The rooms are dirty. Other guests were smoking in their rooms even though this bills itself as a non-smoking property. There were mouse droppings and rodent traps everywhere. Stay away.
The floor and the towels were dirty,the AC was loud, I could hear everything from the street all night because it couldn’t be closed properly. The bathroom was filthy, there was a lot of hair on the bed. The whole experience felt very unsafe.
This place is only cheap because it’s *completely* filthy, unsafe, and an outright hazard to the neighborhood. Guests are often left stranded outside for hours with the wrong entry code—or worse, the door is wide open, putting everyone at risk. The property is a magnet for chaos: nonstop disruptions, screaming, fighting, and even violent altercations at all hours, both inside and on the street. This is a quiet block full of families, many with young children, and we’re all fed up.
Please explain to your guest that this is a very quiet block. We are a block of homeowners and not used to disruptive noises throughout the night. One of your guests who is renting has been noisy arguing all day on a Sunday night. When we arrived this afternoon, they had the door wide open, sitting in the hallway, drinking and being disruptive. Please consider the people you are renting to and do a better job at keeping up your property. Perhaps if you didn’t keep such poor quality rooms, you would rent to a better class of people. To anyone who’s looking to book a room do not stay here.
